1998 (May) Company established in Science Based Industrial Park, Hsinchu, Taiwan
1999 (Jul) Received 3 Safety Approvals including UL, CSA,TUV
1999 (Nov) ISO9001 Quality Certified
2001 (Aug) Sign the strategic alliance agreement with WICKMANN group, the German base fuse manufacturer
2002 (Jan) Establish machine shop to provide all the tooling equipment
2002 (Apr) Received QS9000/TL9000/ISO14001 certificates. 
2002 (May) Received UL Certificate of Total Certificate Program (TCP) 
2002 (May) Establish the new plant POLYSTAR in Kun-shan, China
2003 (Jan) Go Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Taiwan OTC Stock Market
2003 (Jul) Launch mass production for new plant in Kun-shan, China
2003 (Sep) Sign a joint development project agreement with Texas Instrument, Sensors and Controls for the automotive DC motor
