DIVIDEND POLICY

The company annual settlement if surplus to pay taxes according to the law and to make up for losses in the past year,and then Set aside ten percent of the statutory surplus reserve and in accordance with Article 41 of the curities Exchange Act of special reserve.If there are surpluses, proposed by the Board of Directors in accordance with the following order allocation case dispatches sent by the shareholders resolution：
